How will I receive a new bouquet?
Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly. For Monthly and Quarterly subscriptions your arrangement or plant will be delivered in the same week as the prior month.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call us any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
