Hi, Unfortunately, the flowers were delivered without contact with my daughter, and she is out of town. I don’t know how they will be when she gets home. If I order from you again, I would want you to confirm that she is home. She will be back sometime this week. I didn’t know she would be gone that day. Please check with her later this week. Thanks. Mona Fadness ------ Florist Response: During COVID-19 Stay at home orders we are doing "No contact delivery." We do call and let the recipient know we are leaving flowers. In this case we were not told the recipient was out of town? The order was placed and we filled the order and left a message regarding the flowers. Had we known, or been told we could have easily picked the flowers back up and we will redeliver fresh flowers when she returns as we would always do.
