I was impressed with the execution of the flower arrangement for (same day) delivery service. They confirmed the order via email, and they called to inquire about the delivery notes I left for the flower shop. The added bonus? The shop took an actual photo of the flower arrangement that was going out to my parents for their 46th wedding anniversary. I've never encountered this before, usually with other florists what you order on-line is not often times exactly what is delivered (usually smaller). This was not the case with them. Playa Del Rey florist, you've earned a loyal customer for life! I will recommend your flower shop without any hesitation. My parents are happy and that makes me happy. Happy holidays! -Liz
